My life


My name is Luis Fernando leal and this is my life. I was born in Barranquilla Colombia, I am 17 years old. I have two parents named Karen and Luis and two sisters named Valerie and Daniella. I have gone through 2 schools throughout my life the first was the sacred heart and finally the lyndon b Johnson where I have done my entire baccalaureate and where I graduated. I can say that I am happy with my life, when I was a child I never missed anything, for the help of my parents and my grandparents we have been able to overcome with every difficulty and today they have taught me everything I know to this day I have lived all my life in Colombia, when I was a child I grew up next to my grandparents who gave me everything I have until today, I grew up seeing that family is the most important thing there is for what I have always seen together and thanks to that I am a person that when someone is wrong or needs help I help without thinking twice. . I can say that I am very proud of my life and that in the future I could continue to live in the same way that I grew up, simple, humble and at peace.

THE POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL SITUATION IN THREE COUNTRIES IN SOUTH AMERICA

In South America there are 12 countries that are: Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Guayana, Paraguay, Peru, Surinam and Venezuela. Each of them is characterized by having benefits and disadvantages in different aspects, economic, social and political. I decided to talk about Colombia, brazil and venezuela

Colombia                                         

Colombia is a democracy in which citizens have a voice when the government makes a decision about the country, because every decision that the country has and implies a change that can affect the lives of Colombians must first have a voting to see if they are in favor or not, Colombians can also choose their representatives when they are over 18 years old and with a card in hand. The voting in Colombia is to go to an electoral ballot box and vote for the preferred candidate to your liking, but it is not obligatory to attend said voting and each candidate lasts 4 years in power when it comes to presidents, senators, mayors, etc. In Colombia, everyone knows that in the country many politicians are corrupt and make laws or acts for their own benefit, this affects all citizens and all the responsibilities that must be taken in a way have not been completed.

Colombia in the social aspect is a country with great problems because it excels in poverty. In a statistics 46% of Colombians live in poverty and one of the things that most affects educational development is the lack of education there. Another social aspect that affects the society of this country is that sometimes we do what the government tells us to do to be in their favor without showing our concerns about the problematic. The cultures settled in the country like the Europeans, the indigenous people and the African cultures that came to Colombia at the time of the conquest of our territories are the basis of the Colombian culture since over the years there have been many tourist places to remember the History, which also shares fundamental features with other Hispanic-American cultures in manifestations such as religion, music, dances, parties, traditions, among others.

In the economic aspect, Colombia has many problems due to taxes, knows that the minimum wage is not enough due to taxes and that is why we are a poor country that can not move forward if things do not change. This is a country rich in natural resources that can take advantage of it and progress economically.

Brazil

Brazil in the political aspect is a presidential government regime. The current constitution, approved in 1988, guarantees the independence of the executive, legislative and judicial branches. The presidential elections are held every 4 years, the federal Senate is composed of 81 senators elected for periods of 8 years according to the principle of the majority, this chamber is renewed every 4 years alternately.  The Brazilian coalition or federation is constituted by the union of three different political entities that are composed of: the municipalities, the district and the states. The union is made up of the district, the states and the municipalities, they are the base of the government. The coalition is defined in five fundamental principles: sovereignty, citizenship, the dignity of the person, the social values ​​of work and free initiative, and political pluralism.

Brazil in the economic aspect has a very high and powerful economy, and is recognized throughout the world, it is one of the main economies of Latin America and the second in America, and it is the sixth in the world according to the statistics and studies carried out. outside. , has also become one of the main in the world, since 2003 there was a large increase in the volume and price of domestic and international demand for raw materials, especially in oil, coal, minerals and meat that was accompanied by the entry of new capitals and various structural reforms. In this way, macroeconomic stability was achieved and poverty levels were reduced by a percentage, through social assistance programs for low-income people.

The Brazilian culture is a mixture of traditions and customs typical of three groups that shaped the current national identity: native Amerindians, Portuguese colonizers and African and European immigrants. The basis of Brazilian culture is derived from Portuguese culture, due to its strong links with the Portuguese colonial empire. but some social problems are: organized crime, illegal immigration, poverty, the rights of the community of other genders. because brazil is a country where it is very liberal and for them it is not wrong to see some attitudes that are not well seen for us.

Venezuela

In the political aspects it is based on a constitutional democracy. The current National Constitution of Venezuela was approved by the great majority of the Venezuelan people in December 1999. It states that important progress has been made in the restructuring of the country and the state. Since the adoption of this Constitution, the Venezuelan State has been constituted 5 Powers: Executive, Legislative, Judicial, Citizen and Electoral. At present, the mature President Nicolas is trying to govern a democracy to pass it through a dictatorship, through his bad government, Venezuela has become one of the most corrupt countries in South America, because the president creates laws in his favor and makes an electoral fraud at the moment when the people vote for a decisión.

In the economic aspect Venezuela is in a state of crisis, because the bad organization of the Venezuelan government has let the monetary value of its currency fall in such a way that its weight at the time of the change is nothing, all for the president who only thought about its benefits and those that helped it, the Venezuelan economy in the last 4 years was reduced by 35%, Venezuela despite being a country rich in oil and natural resources to decay in a disastrous way, before a barrel of petrolio could cost 200 US dollars now only costs 60 dollars, big companies had to close due to the lack of resources and economy that are presented in this country, and that affects a country that does not produce does not generate income and that makes that decays economically, among many other aspects.

In the social aspect, citizens are affected by what happens in the country because they can not receive a good health system, prices are very high and people do not have money to pay, there is a shortage in food, and the most shocking thing is that the same government of Venezuela is killing its people, by the Bolivarian National Police, they do it as they show power and they kill people who are against their government or who try to make a change.

VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND CHILDREN WORLDWIDE

Violence against women and children is one of the most important problems in the world, because one of the most important characteristics of society is based on them. Women are an important base in the home and in the work because of their great capacity to help and work and children are not to blame for all the bad things because as the word is children and they are unnoticed of what happens in the world. Any human being deserves to be mistreated if there is any devastating damage or deed to do so, but women and children are the most affected because women are considered weak sex and children do not have the same strength as an adult. Like women against a man in most cases but there are many types of violence against women there is physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, etc., millions of women are abused in various parts of the world, where a lot of Adolescents end up pregnant when they are only 10 or 16 years old. Violence against children when they are only 9 or 14 years old who are working instead of studying or in some cases the child lives as a slave.

One of the most common cases of violence against women is in the couple, where the abuse is mainly against them. Because the couple wants to have total control over it or in other cases because they do not want the woman to work, etc. The most visible characteristics of abuse in general are beatings and murders, are those that transcend the reach of the couple ,

Violence against children is one of the biggest problems affecting families and societies. It happens all over the world, all too often, you can see more in the family. Violence against children includes all forms of violence against people under the age of 18 in Colombia, either by the parents or by other persons responsible for the children. The majority of violence against children involved at least one of the six types of interpersonal violence that tend to occur at different stages of a child's development. Abuse involves physical, sexual or emotional violence. Bullying is the aggressive behavior of a child who has no family relationship. Psychological violence includes restrictions on denigration, ridicule, threats and intimidation, discrimination, rejection and other non-physical forms of hostile treatment. Violence is a problem that increases over the years. It is not shown in books and magazines, on television and in the media. Children can pick up the violence of a parent or the person who raised them at a young age, they can follow their actions as they grow up and become men in the future. It has been proven psychologically that they are more aggressive than women. Therefore, if a child's peers are aggressive, their actions tend to be imitated. Now many cases of violence, cases of kidnapping, kidnapping, sexual assault, rape, physical abuse and murder have been seen or filed. In my opinion, people who mistreat women and children should have a worse punishment than jail.

PROCESS OF DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS IN COLOMBIA 

In politics, it is a process where decisions are made in which people choose by voting the candidate of their choice who should take the positions of the political post or it is also a decision that involves the country and needs the vote of the people, there are several types of elections the municipal, regional or general elections, which are in charge of electing members of Parliament or the legislative branch. In many political systems you can see other positions in the elections.In Colombia, the elections are controlled by the National Electoral Council, which is responsible for telling or giving information about the elections and their results to the centrally elected candidates who are the president and the congress. The Congress has two chambers: the House of Representatives has 163 members, The Senate has 102 members who are elected for a term of 4 years. The president is elected for a period of 4 years.

The congress is set up for the Senate and the representative chamber and belongs to a legislative branch. Its function is; reform the constitution, have a draft of the law up to the file or approved and also impose a political control over the government and the administration. Actually, in the Senate of the Republic there are one hundred and two senators, one hundred are elected for the vote of the citizens in the national territory and the other two are the representation of the indigenous communities, they were elected with a special circumscription, all these people are a representation of the nation. Well I will talk about the elections in Colombia for the congress in 2018. There were many political parties that participated, for example: Democratic center, radical change, change liberal, conservative party, green, polo, etc. Each political party had its own candidate for the election, if the citizens had to vote for the proposal that has most caught their attention.

Also in Colombia for many people are very controversial because most people think or say that most of the politicians are only looking to rob the community and for many people it is difficult to think that our policy is completely corrupt, provided that in the country there are elections everyone thinks and knows that most things or promises that candidates make are false because they always promise things they can not give, they just do it to convince people that they are the candidates they should vote for , for some of these reasons which people say "I do not trust the elections" or "they are all corrupt".

Another habit of candidates for politics is the purchase of votes they usually do with low-income people and they promise big things and their need only if they vote for him and believe that this should not happen, but still something happens that I have noticed is that all people think that when the candidates are in the process to achieve their goal in the application, they do not trust each one, but when they finally achieve their goal, they fulfill their benefits for them

          How Do You Think Christmas Must Be Celebrated?

Christmas is celebrated to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ who according to the Catholic Church and many other religions is the son of God. The name of Christmas comes from the Mass of Jesus. In a communion it is where Christians remember that Jesus died for us. Most people in the world celebrate Christmas whether they are Christians or of another religion, Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year, Christmas has no exact way to be celebrated and depends a lot on the customs of each family .

In religion, Christmas should be celebrated with a miracle symbol for the birth of Jesus, try to reunite all families to be in tranquility and harmony. Christmas also tries to reconcile others and ourselves. In several places in the world, some traditions are going to church and singing Christmas carols with friends and family. Try to get closer to religion by the miracles that happened
 

When the time of Christmas arrives, not all people have the possibility to receive or buy gifts. This depends on your economy at the moment. Most people decorate their house with Christmas decorations, cribs and saplings that is the traditional Christmas. In my opinion, Christmas is a time that should be spent with the family to be grateful that they could spend a time like Christmas one more year with them and celebrate the birth of the baby Jesus doing the novena, singing Christmas carols, and being all in harmony

                  Chrismas: comercial date or religious practice

Christmas is a religious holiday that is celebrated to remember and commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, people throughout the world celebrate Christmas, whether Christians or not. It is the moment when families and friends get together and remember the good things. People, and especially children, also like Christmas, as it is a time when you give and receive gifts. For some families this is a very important date because they take advantage of it and teach their children and family members the true reason why Christmas is celebrated and how it should be celebrated.

Some people become sad at Christmas when they think about their loved ones who died or who will be able to return home for various reasons, people who can not give gifts to their children and their family for them Christmas is a time that is sad for them that some campaigns help those who need it most so they can have a gift or a meal. Christmas in our country is more religious because in each house or in most we can see the Christmas tree, a manger and houses decorated with Christmas decorations, in most of the world on December 25 is a holiday because according to the churches and some religions that was the day that the child Jesus was born

For some people who do not celebrate these festivities they use it to promote and increase their income in their economic part because Christmas is the time also  children, youth and adults can or do acquire what they want, because of that the merchants use that to their please to sell products because they know that some people will buy it

Different parts of the world have their traditions, everywhere is not celebrated equally but if for the same reason, for me Christmas is a time where friends and families to share a few happy moments, Christmas is a holiday as both religious and commercial

                                             Euthanasia

Euthanasia must be considered a natural right, such as the right to eat, breathe, love and walk freely on earth. However, society has had to fight hard to be able to exercise the free decision to live or die whenever we want, owing to moral and especially religious prejudices.

Colombia, a country where it is common to die in war, in a confrontation or in the 

emergency waiting room, churches like the catholic qualify as “morally unacceptable” 

that the Ministry of Health, finally, enforce a Judgment of the Constitutional Court so 

that small percent of colombians can benefit from active euthanasia, and it makes 

even less sense that euthanasia, applied under the strictest and most complicated 

conditions as established by the ministry, is described as a legacy of Nazism. 

It is incredible too, that in the 21st century and in a state of law as it claims to

be ours, pulpits and shysters are used to prevent that an elderly person,
rational and free, suffering from a terminal illness or victim of dreadful and
irredeemable sufferings, may have the help of a professional to finish worthily
with his life, if he or she desires. 

Paradoxical, equally, to know that if a rational being has a little animal

 that suffers from an illness that can not be cured, he would be accused of cruelty if he does not 

practice euthanasia; However, if that rational being is the one who suffers from a 

mortal and traumatic condition, endorsed by professional criteria of other rational

 beings, there are those who consider morally condemnable his death by piety. 

Moreover, there are those who struggle with all their anger and public power so that

 these professionals must be treated as murderers. In spite of all this, there are those 

who celebrate the resolution of the Ministry of Health that establishes protocols for 

voluntary euthanasia in Colombia. We consider it a step, even if it is timid and raises

 legal doubts to solve.
